OUR 7 STEP CLEANING PROCESS
1. INSPECTION & ASSESSMENT
Firstly, we check what your carpet is made of, the level of soiling, and identify stains and potential issues to determine the best carpet cleaning method.
2 & 3. VACUUMING & STAIN TREATMENT
With our industrial-grade vacuums, we remove dry soil, and then we focus on stains first to ensure the full depth of a stain is removed.
4. PRE-TREATMENT APPLICATION
We apply a safe, eco-friendly cleaning solution that breaks down dirt without harming your carpet fibres.
5. AGITATION
We use rotating brushes or a carpet rake to work the solution deep into the fibres, loosening dirt and grime for deep penetrating cleaning action.
6. RINSE AND EXTRACT
We rinse your carpets with a hot solution to neutralise the cleaning agent. At this stage, we also deodorise and sanitise the carpets as well as extract all the grime away.
7. DRY AND COMB
In the end, we comb your carpet pile back to its original state and use air movers or natural ventilation to dry your carpets quickly.
